In what can probably be viewed as quasi-confirmation that Jozy Altidore will indeed be joining Toronto FC in a swap that will send Jermain Defoe to Sunderland, the 25-year-old American forward was seen arriving at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Thursday.

It was reported on Tuesday that Toronto and Sunderland had agreed to the swap, and Defoe apparently passed his medical with the Tyne-Wear club on Wednesday.
