Watch: Zalatoris misses easy tap-in with horrendous putting stroke

Budding star Will Zalatoris looked like an average Joe when he pulled back the putter for what should've been a tap-in par while sitting at 3-under during Thursday's first round at the Open Championship.

His putting stroke on the 17th hole is tough to watch:

Zalatoris is highly talented in all other aspects of the game, yet his putting stroke can sometimes resemble that of a high-handicapper.

The 24-year-old demonstrated his incredible ball-striking skills earlier in the round and took the pressure off his putter by holing out for a beautiful eagle on No. 12:
