Middlesbrough's Victor Valdes: Concedes two in loss
Valdes made three saves and conceded twice in Saturday's 2-1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.
Analysis:
After being passed over in favor of Brad Guzan for two of Middlesbrough's first three matches, Valdes has returned for the last three; however, things have gone south for Boro. In the three matches Valdes has started in a row-granted against stiffer competition than Sunderland and West Brom-Valdes has conceded seven goals and they haven't secured as much as a point from nine. Valdes should still be in the starting XI next Saturday against West Ham, but manager Aitor Karanka will certainly have decisions to make.
