Watch: Manchester City perform guard of honor for Liverpool

Tradition was upheld at the Etihad Stadium on Thursday, as Manchester City players performed a guard of honor for Liverpool, the newly minted Premier League champions.

City players applauded the Reds as captain Jordan Henderson led his team onto the pitch. He and a majority of the other Liverpool players looked straight ahead as they walked past the guard of honor.

Liverpool secured their 19th top-flight title last week courtesy of City's loss to Chelsea. Jurgen Klopp's men won the club's first-ever Premier League trophy in record-breaking fashion, as seven matches still remained prior to Thursday's contest.
