Jose Mourinho appeared to pick up an injury during his first visit to Old Trafford since Manchester United fired him last season.
The Tottenham manager was in visible pain following a Harry Winks challenge that resulted in Daniel James colliding headfirst into Mourinho on the touchline.
James was left writhing in pain after appearing to strike the side of Mourinho's knee with his head.
Winks was shown a yellow card for his challenge on the United winger, while Mourinho was seen limping after the collision.
Mourinho, who United sacked in December 2018, was hired to replace Mauricio Pochettino as Spurs manager last month.
