Manchester United target Paulo Dybala appears to be clinging on to hope of a future at Juventus.

The Argentine is eager to meet with Maurizio Sarri on Thursday to find out what the manager's plans are ahead of the upcoming season, The Guardian's Fabrizio Romano reports.

Should he not receive a guarantee for regular first-team action, the versatile attacker will "give serious consideration" to a transfer to Manchester United, Romano adds.

Dybala has been the subject of reported transfer talks that involve the 25-year-old heading to Old Trafford in exchange for wantaway striker Romelu Lukaku, who has also been linked with a move to Inter.

Although his agent reportedly traveled to England on Tuesday to hold talks over personal terms with United, there's a strong belief that Dybala would prefer to remain in Turin.

Meanwhile, Lukaku heading to the Allianz Stadium in return would deal a bitter blow to Juve's Serie A rivals, Inter.

Inter reportedly approached United earlier this summer with a €70-million bid, which ultimately fell short of the English side's €83-million asking price.
