Report: Frustrated Sanchez willing to leave United in January

Alexis Sanchez is prepared to leave Manchester United in the January transfer window if he continues to lose playing time, according to the Evening Standard's James Robson.

However, an escape to Paris Saint-Germain - one of the only clubs that could afford to pay Sanchez's reported weekly wages of £400,000 - apparently remains unlikely. The Independent's Miguel Delaney reports that PSG have no "current" interest in signing the 29-year-old.

However, the situation could change in the summer if UEFA's ongoing Financial Fair Play investigation forces PSG to sell one of their big players.

Sanchez is said to be frustrated by his lack of action at Old Trafford. He's started just five Premier League matches this season and played only 17 minutes as a substitute in Sunday's derby defeat to Manchester City.

It's apparently a surprise for Sanchez, who joined the Red Devils with the belief that he'd become one of the club's protagonists, according to Robson.

He's since lost minutes to Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial.
