PHOTOS: Ronaldinho presented at Fluminense
Welcome back to Brazil, Ronaldinho.
On Sunday, the two-time FIFA World Player of the Year was presented at Fluminense ahead of the club's fixture versus Rio de Janeiro-rival Vasco da Gama at the Maracana.
Although he wasn't included in Fluminense's starting XI, Ronaldinho, who was released by Mexican side Queretaro last month, received a hero's welcome as he took the pitch wearing his iconic No. 10.
"I'm eager to make history at this club," said Ronaldinho at his presentation.
The always-smiling virtuoso has featured for a number of Brazilian clubs over the course of his career. His story started at Gremio in the late 1990s and he has since featured at Flamengo and Atletico Mineiro since hanging up his European cleats, the latter of whom he guided to Copa Libertadores glory in 2012.
