PSV supporter seriously hurt before Dortmund game

A PSV Eindhoven supporter was left seriously injured following clashes between rival fans ahead of Wednesday's Champions League last-16 match against Borussia Dortmund in Germany.
German police told AFP subsidiary SID that a 35-year-old Dutchman was badly hurt and that authorities were investigating the circumstances of the incident.
According to German daily Bild, two groups of supporters squared off on the way to the stadium just over an hour before kick-off.
Dortmund won the second leg 2-0 to advance to the quarter-finals 3-1 on aggregate.
