James Milner never saw it coming.
An unfortunate clearance attempt rocketed off Milner's face to gift Roma a potentially crucial goal in Wednesday's Champions League semi-final second leg at the Stadio Olimpico.
It reduced Liverpool's advantage on aggregate to 6-3.
