Arsenal's Laurent Koscielny: Gets sent off versus Bayern
Koscielny was shown a straight red card in the 54th minute of Tuesday's 5-1 loss to Bayern Munich.
Analysis:
The Gunners actually didn't concede a goal during Koscielny's time on the pitch, but things took a turn after he was sent off for fouling Robert Lewandowski to deny him a scoring opportunity in the box. Lewandowski went on to bury the resulting penalty, and the German champions poured things on afterward en route to a 10-2 aggregate. Koscielny will be suspended for the start of next year's European campaign, should his team go on to qualify, but he will be available for Saturday's match against Lincoln City in the FA Cup.
