Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois: Beaten twice Friday in loss to Liverpool
Courtois was beaten twice and came up with three saves during Friday's 2-1 defeat at the hands of Liverpool.
Analysis:
Courtois could do little on either of the two goals, as Dejan Lovren was unmarked as he buried a cross from in close in the 18th minute, and Jordan Henderson doubled the lead with a stunning curling strike in the 36th. The loss was Courtois' first of the season, but he has now conceded a pair of goals in back-to-back matches and will look to get back on track Tuesday versus Leicester City in the League Cup, as a fixture with Arsenal will follow next Saturday.
