Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois: Beaten twice in loss to Italy

Courtois made four saves and was beaten twice in Monday's loss to Italy.

Analysis:

Courtois made a couple of excellent sprawling saves, but he had no answer for an Emanuele Giaccherini one-on-one in the first half and was caught out of position as Graziano Pelle finished off a swift counter attack as the final whistle drew near. It was a disappointing open to the tournament for Courtois and company, but they will have the chance to rebound versus a far less experienced Ireland side on Saturday.
