The B.C. Lions told Lowell Ullrich of TSN1040 on Tuesday that linebacker Solomon Elimimian is headed to the six-game injured list due to a non-fracture wrist injury.

The injury was suffered during the Lions' win over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on Saturday.

Elimimian was named the CFL's Most Outstanding Player in 2014 and was twice named the Most Outstanding Defensive Player (2014, 2016). He's a four-time All-Star and the league's all-time leader in tackles per game. He had 26 tackles through the first four games of the 2018 season.
