Blue Bombers lose Maurice Leggett to torn Achilles

Winnipeg Blue Bombers defensive back Maurice Leggett will miss the remainder of the season with a torn Achilles tendon, the team announced Sunday.
Leggett suffered the injury in Sunday's win over the BC Lions, a game that saw Winnipeg clinch a playoff spot.
The 31-year-old posted 50 tackles, three interceptions, and three sacks in 13 games for the Bombers this year.
