The 2017 CFL Draft went down Sunday night in Toronto, and theScore has you covered with each pick from all eight rounds.

1. Winnipeg Blue Bombers* - Faith Ekakitie, DL, Iowa

The Blue Bombers addressed a defensive need to open the 2017 CFL Draft, taking former Iowa defensive lineman Faith Ekakitie with the first overall pick. Ekakitie played in all 13 games last year as a senior for the Hawkeyes, and in 34 contests over the course of his collegiate career.

2. Saskatchewan Roughriders - Cameron Judge, LB, UCLA

The Roughriders added an explosive element to their defensive corps, selecting former UCLA linebacker Cameron Judge. Judge saw most of his action at special teams for the Bruins, but did make two starts against high-level opponents BYU and Stanford. Judge's athleticism has been listed as one of his greatest strengths, and the Roughriders could very well look to him as a key part of their defence in 2017.

3. BC Lions** - Danny Vandervoort, WR, McMaster

At third overall, the Lions made former McMaster slot receiver Danny Vandervoort the first alumni of a Canadian university to be selected in the 2017 CFL Draft. Vandervoort hauled in 51 passes for the Marauders last season, which was also good for 831 yards and five touchdowns.

4. Hamilton Tiger-Cats - Connor McGough, DL, Calgary

The Tiger-Cats added a two-time Canada West All-Star with the fourth pick in the draft in the form of defensive lineman Connor McGough. Last season was a productive one from McGough, who registered 31 tackles and four sacks in his final campaign with the Dinos.

5. Edmonton Eskimos - Nate Behar, WR, Carleton

Former Carleton standout receiver Nate Behar is headed to the province of Alberta, as the Edmonton Eskimos selected him with the fifth overall pick in this year's CFL Draft. Behar joins a team with a proven leader at quarterback in Mike Reilly and an offensive system that favours the passing game, so the sky could be the limit for Behar during his rookie campaign if he can make an impact right away in camp.

6. Calgary Stampeders*** - Randy Colling, DL, Gannon

After trading up to the No. 6 spot in the first round, the Stampeders bolstered their defensive line by selecting former Arena Football League player Randy Colling. Along with his experience in the AFL, Colling is a former Division-II All-American who can step in immediately and make an impact for Calgary in 2017.

7. BC Lions - Junior Luke, DL, Montreal

Defensive linemen continue to be a hot commodity in this year's draft, as the BC Lions selected Junior Luke out of Montreal with the seventh overall pick. Luke is coming off a dominant year with the Carabins, recording 15.5 tackles and six sacks on his way to receiving U SPORTS 2nd Team All-Canadian honours.

8. Winnipeg Blue Bombers*** - Geoff Gray, OL, Manitoba

It took eight picks for an offensive lineman to come off the board, but after trading down from No. 6, the Blue Bombers got their man in the form of former Manitoba Bisons lineman Geoff Gray. After being awarded U SPORTS 1st Team All-Canadian honours, Gray signed a free-agent contract with the Green Bay Packers of the NFL. Should Gray elect to join the Bombers, he will be a much anticipated asset in protecting quarterback Matt Nichols.

9. Ottawa RedBlacks - Evan Johnson, OL, Saskatchewan

The Ottawa RedBlacks closed out the first round of this year's CFL Draft by selecting former Saskatchewan offensive lineman Evan Johnson with the ninth overall pick. Johnson was given U SPORTS Second Team All-Canadian honours last season, posted impressive numbers at this year's CFL combine, and the RedBlacks could have added a key member of the offensive line for years to come if he can build on that during his first season in Ottawa.

*Argonauts traded the No. 1 overall pick to Blue Bombers in trade involving Drew Willy.
**Alouettes traded No. 3 overall pick to Lions for negotiating rights to Vernon Adams.
***Blue Bombers traded the No. 6 overall pick to Stampeders for No. 8, No. 34 overall picks.
