Hertha BSC Berlin's phenomenal season continues.
In a fixture that marked the club's fourth victory of the Bundesliga campaign, Hertha defeated Hamburger SV 3-0 at the Olympiastadion on Saturday and Salomon Kalou rediscovered his scoring touch.
After failing to tally a single goal in September, the Ivorian forward opened the scoring in the 17th minute of the match, taking three perfect touches to shake off a swarm of Hamburg's defenders and slot an 18-yard shot past the outstretched fingertips of 'keeper Jaroslav Drobny.
Kalou's strike marked his third goal of the season and paved the way for Vedad Ibisevic to score a brace.
