Borussia Dortmund signs Adnan Januzaj on season-long loan from Manchester United
Adnan Januzaj is the latest attacker to leave Manchester United in favour of a move to the Bundesliga.
With Javier Hernandez on the verge of a move to Bayer Leverkusen, fellow German power Borussia Dortmund announced on Monday that Januzaj, 20, has joined the club on a season-long loan.
Despite not looking particularly pleased in the photo above, Januzaj – who recorded one Premier League goal in two matches this season – seemed excited about the move to the Westfalenstadion.
"Borussia Dortmund is a big club and the fans are supposed to be unbelievable here," Januzaj said. "I want to achieve big things with this team."
Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc was equally pleased with the move, calling the young Belgian a "technically gifted player who completes our attacking lineup."
