"I am happy to now be a member of the family of Olympiacos," Kapino said.
"Everyone knows what this Club means to an athlete that grew up in Piraeus and what it generally means to Greek sports! I will do everything in my power to become one of the starting 11! I am happy that I will be surrounded by great players, and by Mr Rantos as well who is a teacher and will definitely help me become a better goalkeeper."
Kapino only made two Bundesliga appearances last season, one of which was as a substitute for Loris Karius.
