Hakan Calhanoglu's meteoric rise continues.

After scoring the lone goal in Bayer Leverkusen's 1-0 win over Schalke on Saturday with a remarkable free kick, Calhanoglu was at it again on Wednesday.

Taking on fourth-division club FC Magdeburg in the DFB-Pokal, Bayer Leverkusen were awarded a free kick from roughly 35 yards out in the third minute, and Calhanoglu stepped up to blast a swerving shot into the back of the net.
