Report: Eubank, Benn reach deal for rematch Nov. 15 in London
The Chris Eubank Jr.-Conor Benn rematch is back on.
Eubank and Benn's highly anticipated fight will now take place on Nov. 15 at London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after the sides reached an agreement, The Ring Magazine reports.
The bout was previously scheduled to take place on Sept. 20 in London.
However, several issues following the original announcement put the rematch in jeopardy. In July, Benn's promoter, Eddie Hearn, told BBC Sport that the fight was "dead" and his fighter was considering other options.
The British rivals met for the first time this past April after a three-year delay following Benn's positive drug test. The fight was an instant classic at Tottenham Stadium, with Eubank winning via unanimous decision to hand Benn his first career loss.
