Annika Beck of Germany took just 47 minutes to sweep aside Denisa Allertova of the Czech Republic 6-0, 6-1 on Friday to reach the Luxembourg Open final and stay on course for her first career title.

Allertova's serve fell apart in a first set that lasted just 21 minutes and saw her broken three times.

The 145th-ranked qualifier won only one point on her second serve in the match, double-faulting three times.

Beck, last year's runner-up, won 90 percent of her points on her first serve in the first set and 87 percent in the second. She closed out the victory after breaking Allertova's serve twice more in the second.

She next plays either fourth-seeded Barbora Zahlavova Strycova of the Czech Republic or Germany's Mona Barthel, who played their semifinal later Friday.
