The offense got most of the attention in Canada's 6-0 win over the Czech Republic, but Carey Price quietly extended an impressive mark of his own.

The Canadian goaltender earned his third consecutive shutout in international play, dating back to the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, and extended his shutout streak to 224:19.

The last goal Price surrendered came late in the first period of the Sochi quarterfinal against Latvia, meaning he hasn't allowed a goal in best-on-best competition in nearly four full games.

The Montreal Canadiens netminder made 27 saves Saturday night, while his counterpart, Michal Neuvirth, stopped 44-of-50 shots.

Canada faces the United States on Tuesday.
