Though more famed for his time donning the shirts of Ajax, Barcelona, and the Netherlands national team, Johan Cruyff's influence was also felt at Feyenoord during a season-long spell at the end of his career.

As a homage to his shirt number, Thursday's meeting with local rival Sparta Rotterdam was paused in the 14th minute to applaud the career of Cruyff, whose impact as both a player and coach will continue to endure in the game.
A similar tribute is planned for Friday's friendly between the Netherlands and France at the Amsterdam Arena.
