Manchester United's Paddy McNair: Appears twice in Euro 2016 for N.Ireland

McNair made two appearances (one start) for Norther Ireland in Euro 2016, tallying a clean sheet and one foul. He takes his international record to 11 caps and no goals. N. Ireland lost 1-0 to Wales on Saturday with Gareth McAuley's own goal and were knocked out of the tournament at the round of 16.

Analysis:

McNair found playing time hard to come by last season with Manchester United. The 21-year-old defender is a young prospect, though, he may be facing another tough season with new manager Jose Mourinho, typically, reluctant to play young and unproven players. McNair finished last season with two clean sheets and nine tackles in eight Premier League appearances (three starts).
