VIDEO: Lukas Podolski finally gets off Inter's bench, promptly scores screamer
Lukas Podolski was expecting to see much more of the pitch when he made the January move from Arsenal - where he was stapled to the bench and firmly at the bottom of the attacking pecking order - to Inter Milan.
It hasn't worked out quite that way.
The German forward has traded English pine for the Italian equivalent, spending much of his time with the Nerazzurri watching his teammates from the sidelines.
On Tuesday against Udinese, he got a rare opportunity. He didn't disappoint, scoring his first goal for the club.
If there's one thing he'll always be capable of, regardless of the minutes he is granted, it's scoring phenomenal goals with that wonderful left foot.
Of course, a tally from Podolski is never complete without his catchy scoring tune.
Important note: that song will get stuck in your head. You've been warned.
