At only 18 years of age, Leandro Henrique do Nascimento, better known as Leandrinho, is heading from the Brasileirao to Serie A.
Napoli announced its acquisition of Leandrinho from Ponte Preta on Thursday, publishing a statement to go along with a tweet from Aurelio De Laurentiis, the Partenopei's president.
Leandrinho made eight Brasileirao appearances for Ponte Preta and also took the pitch for the Macaca in the Copa Sudamericana. At the international level, the teenager was part of Brazil's under-17 squad when the Selecao won the Sudamericano Sub-17 in 2015.
