With three holes left to play in Round 3 of the Irish Open, Rory McIlroy holds a three-stroke lead, courtesy of a pair of birdies.
The round was halted after two separate rain delays at the K Club, with McIlroy yet to tackle a pair of par 5s at the tail end of the course.
McIlroy, who began Saturday one stroke behind both Masters champion Danny Willett and Marc Warren, took advantage of a fade by the final pairing to jump to the top of the leaderboard.
The Irishman has yet to win a tournament in 2016, with six top-10 finishes to his credit.
