Report: Tiger eyeing return at Wells Fargo Championship
You may not have to wait much longer to see Tiger Woods competing in a PGA event once again.
Golf Digest's Tim Rosaforte reported Friday that Tiger could be in the Wells Fargo Championship field in two weeks.
Rosaforte offered a caveat, reporting that Woods' agent, Mark Steinberg, has stated that "nothing has changed" with regard to the former World No. 1's return. But Rosaforte remains firm in his belief that Tiger is eyeing the tournament at Quail Hollow.
"There could be a change of heart at any time," Rosaforte said on Golf Channel. "But by all indications with my reporting ... this is the logical choice, and this has a very good chance of happening."

Woods hasn't competed since last August's Wyndham Championship when he finished in a tie for 10th.
Rosaforte reported earlier this week that Tiger has taken his recovery process to the next level, ramping up his workout regimen.
