The wrap from Saturday at the WGC-Match Play
Quote of the day - Phil Mickelson
"I'm not even looking at the front. I'm looking at the hole," Mickelson told caddie Jim "Bones" Mackay during his Saturday quarterfinal match against Bill Haas.
Mickelson would fall to Haas 2&1, which was his only loss of the week.
Best round - Jon Rahm
The Spaniard has played well the entire week in Austin, but was special in his two rounds Saturday. Rahm made five birdies to defeat Charles Howell III in the morning, then made four more and an eagle in destroying Soren Kjeldsen in the afternoon.
Shot of the day - Dustin Johnson
The world No. 1 was just 1-up on Alex Noren at the 15th hole, but hit this 114-yard approach to within 10 feet before making the putt to grab a 2-up lead. Johnson would end the match on the next hole and advance to Sunday's semifinals.

Biggest upset - Hideto Tanihara over Paul Casey
The No. 54 seed defeated the No. 12 seed 2&1 in Saturday morning's Round of 16. Tanihara and Casey were all square on the 16th hole, but back-to-back birdies gave the 38-year-old the win.
Stat of the day - Johnson's dominance
Dustin Johnson hasn't trailed in 76 holes, losing just 13 times.
A silver lining
Ross Fisher's solid play this week means he'll be making the trip down Magnolia Lane in two weeks.
