The PGA Tour is doing its part to aid victims of the flooding in West Virginia.

The tour announced Tuesday it will donate $100,000 to the American Red Cross to help people affected by the floods.

“It has been very difficult to see the pain and suffering caused by the recent floods in West Virginia," Commissioner Tim Finchem said in a statement.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with all who have been impacted by this disaster, and we hope this donation will provide some relief to those who are going through this terrible time."

The Greenbrier Classic - originally scheduled for July 7-10 - was cancelled over the weekend due to the severe flooding.

At least 24 people have died as a result of the floods, and at least 15 of them were from Greenbrier County, one of the hardest hit areas.
