Report: Marc Gasol opts out of Rio 2016

Pau Gasol is set to suit up for Spain in next month's Olympics, but it appears younger brother Marc will not. The Memphis Grizzlies center has opted out of the Summer Games, according to multiple Spanish media reports.
Marc's participation in Rio had been in doubt for several months. He underwent right foot surgery in February after a season-ending injury, and as of early June, was still unable to run.
With Marc and Serge Ibaka out, NBA content on Spain's roster is led by Pau, Jose Calderon, Ricky Rubio, and Nikola Mirotic.
