Petr Mrazek: Not ready to return Saturday

Mrazek (illness) is not completely healthy and will sit out Saturday's matchup with Florida, Helene St. James of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Analysis:

Mrazek has been uneven in his last 10 contests, as he's logged a 4-5-1 record along with a 2.99 GAA. In those matchups, the netminder registered six outings of two goals or less as well as posting three games of four or more tallies allowed. If he is available to suit up against the Lightning on Tuesday, it remains unclear which performance fantasy owners should expect. In the 23-year-old's stead, Jimmy Howard will man the crease with Jared Coreau serving as the backup.
