Dylan Larkin: Playing status in question Saturday

Larkin missed Saturday's morning skate due to an illness, Ansar Khan of MLive.com reports.

Analysis:

The Red Wings are in Ottawa for Saturday's contest against the Senators, and Khan adds that Larkin will be reevaluated later in the day. Larkin's a candidate for the Calder Trophy, having netted the puck 19 times this season to go along with 20 helpers. It would be wise for his exploding fan base to monitor his progress close to puck drop at 7:00 PM ET.
