Analysis:

Palat's production and fantasy value have been limited by injury this season. He does have nine points (four goals, five assists) in 15 games since his return to start 2016, but seven of those points, including all four of the goals, came in just three contests. That type of inconsistency drives head-to-head managers batty and makes him a difficult activation at best. And daily leagues are a roll of the dice with Palat's overall lack of production. Games get tighter and tougher from this point out, so any lingering challenges will only be exacerbated -- rest and recovery will be hard to come by. Be realistic about Palat's potential this season -- it might be next year when his fantasy value recovers.
