Analysis:

Pietrangelo exited Saturday's contest in the third period after injuring his right knee in a knee-on-knee collision with the Wild's Charlie Coyle. It's an unfortunate break for the 26-year-old blueliner, who's recorded 23 points (three goals, 20 assists) through 55 contests this campaign. It's also a huge blow for the Blues, as the team will now need to make adjustments to its pairings and increase the ice time of the other defensemen.
