Andre Burakovsky sniped one short side past the netminder in Tuesday's 5-3 loss to Florida.

Burakovsky took 10 shots, including one that he sniped short side past Florida goalie Al Montoya, in Tuesday's 5-2 loss.

Analysis:

Burakovsky is on fire, as he's registered 10 points in his last seven outings. In January alone, the young winger had four multi-point games, which is more than he managed in the other three months of the season combined. Burakovsky got a chance to skate big minutes in this one with Alex Ovechkin (lower body) forced to sit after dipping out of the All-Star Game, so while it's good to see him keep producing, his minutes are slated to drop back from Tuesday's 18:20 to the 12-to-14 range. It'll be hard for the kid to keep up his recent torrid pace while his ice time's so limited.
