Hall went minus-2 and failed to get on the scoresheet Friday night against the Lightning.

Analysis:

Hall only has one goal for his only point in the last five contests, but the first overall draft pick of 2010 still has 41 points in 42 games on the season. It seems like Hall is firing anything and everything at opposing netminders as he has 173 shots on goal, second only to Alex Ovechkin of the Capitals. Prized rookie Connor McDavid (collarbone) is expected to return soon and his presence alone should give Hall better looks in an attempt to improve upon a lackluster shooting percentage of 9.2.
