VIDEO: Kings' Muzzin inadvertently levels referee

Between a rock and a hard place.

While watching Anze Kopitar work the puck around the end boards, referee Kelly Sutherland was blindsided by Los Angeles Kings defenseman Jake Muzzin and had to be escorted off the ice with an apparent head injury.

Thanks to his hockey genes, Sutherland managed to return for the start of the second period.
