Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane, Washington Capitals goaltender Braden Holtby, and Colorado Avalanche forward Matt Duchene have been named the NHL's three stars for the month of November.

Kane was named first star after leading the league with 23 points in 13 games. He now has 37 points in 24 contests this season, and is riding a 19-game point streak - a record for an American-born player - after scoring a goal against the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday night.

Holtby claimed second-star honors after going 9-2-0 with a 1.99 goals-against average, a .927 save percentage, and one shutout in November, allowing two or fewer goals in eight of 11 appearances. He leads the NHL with 15 wins, and his 1.95 GAA is tops among qualified starters.

Duchene was tabbed as the third star for leading the league with 11 goals and tallying 20 points in 14 games for the month. The 24-year-old center has 22 points in 24 contests overall, and ranks fifth in the NHL with 12 goals.
