Carey Price: Exits Wednesday's game with injury

Price has been ruled out of the rest of Wednesday's game against the Rangers with a right-leg injury, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.

Analysis:

Price appeared to sustain the injury when pushing himself across the crease in the second period of Wednesday's contest. Mike Condon replaced him in net to start the third period, and Price was ruled out of the rest of the game shortly thereafter. It isn't clear if the injury is related to the lower-body ailment that just cost Price nine of Montreal's last 11 games. The Canadiens should provide an update on the star netminder's status after they have an opportunity to evaluate him further.
