Analysis:

Halak was pulled from Friday's start against Montreal after allowing three goals on eight shots, and subsequently got a day off Sunday. Coach Jack Capuano won't give him to much time to dwell on it, however, as the netminder will once again sit between the pipes Wednesday. Through 11 appearances this season, Halak has posted a superb 2.14 GAA and .919 save percentage to earn a 5-4-1 record, and he'll look to turn things around against a Flyers club that's last in the league in scoring.
