Initially the Coyotes planned on reevaluating Smith on Wednesday morning, but it appears as though that will no longer be necessary, as general manager Don Maloney told reporters Tuesday that the 33-year-old netminder will be available for Wednesday's matchup with Anaheim. Although it hasn't been confirmed, Smith will likely receive the starting nod for Wednesday's tilt, as Anders Lindback struggled in Smith's absence Saturday against the Jets.
