Blue Jackets' Tyutin will not play Wednesday

Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman Fedor Tyutin (nose) will not travel to New Jersey for Wednesday's contest against the Devils, per Blue Jackets head coach John Tortorella.

Analysis:

Tyutin, who reportedly missed practice Monday, is dealing with the effects of a broken nose sustained in a game last Friday against the Predators. Andrew Bodnarchuk filled in for Tyutin on the blue line in Sunday's loss to the Sharks, and it seems as though he will do the same when the team squares off against New Jersey.
