The Sharks overcame a two-goal third-period deficit with four unanswered goals to defeat the Columbus Blue Jackets 5-3. The victory capped an impressive undefeated six-game Eastern Conference road trip.

Joe Pavelski started the frantic rally with a beautiful deflection. Brent Burns then tied the game on the power play with a perfect one-timer before Brenden Dillon tallied his first of the season for the eventual game-winner.

Pavelski put the game out of reach late in the frame with an empty-netter for his team-leading 12th goal of the season. He now has 20 points in 21 games.

Patrick Marleau followed up his milestone evening by notching his seventh goal of the year, while Alex Stalock made 28 saves for the win.

San Jose heads home sitting atop the Pacific Division at 13-8-0 with a league-leading 10-3-0 record away from the SAP Center. It hosts the Chicago Blackhawks on Wednesday.

Ryan Johansen, Boone Jenner, and Cam Atkinson scored for the Blue Jackets, who fall to 8-14-0 with the loss. They'll hit the road to take on the New Jersey Devils on Wednesday night.
