Senators lose Wiercioch for at least 1 game

The Ottawa Senators will be without Patrick Wiercioch when they face the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday, after the defenseman was hurt in Thursday's win over the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Though the nature of the injury has not been disclosed, Wiercioch is said to have suffered a concussion when he was hit in open ice by Blue Jackets captain Nick Foligno.

Bobby Ryan also went down to injury, but is expected to play Saturday.
