VIDEO: Panthers' Jagr explains why he wears No. 68

Florida Panthers forward Jaromir Jagr has made his No. 68 iconic, but to the future Hall-of-Famer, the number means so much more.

To Jagr, the number signifies the year 1968, which sparked the beginning of the revolution against communists in the country of Jagr's birth, Czechoslovakia (which later split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia).

In the 1960s, Jagr saw both his grandfathers jailed. One was released in 1968, but died the same year. So when he started playing hockey, Jagr decided he would don the No. 68 to honor him.

Jagr is off to a sizzling start, with four goals and seven points through five games.
