Bortuzzo had been dealing with a nagging lower-body injury for much of the preseason, which apparently was still bothering him enough to hold him out of Thursday's season opener against the Oilers. He'll make his season debut Saturday against Minnesota, and is expected to replace Joel Edmundson or Colton Parayko in the Blues' lineup.
