Lundqvist will start in net Opening Night on Wednesday against the Blackhawks, The Record reports.

Analysis:

Lundqvist posted another solid campaign in 2014-15, finishing with a .922 save percentage and 2.25 GAA over just 46 games due to a neck injury. He's healthy going into this season, and should shoulder most of the workload in net again. Head coach Alain Vigneault reportedly indicated to backup goalie Antti Raanta that he's expected to play 20-to-25 games, meaning Lundqvist will make around 60 starts on the season.
