The Nashville Predators and forward Colin Wilson have agreed to terms on a four-year, $15.75-million contract, the club announced Monday.

The $3.975-million cap hit makes him the fourth-highest paid forward on the team, behind James Neal, Mike Fisher, and Craig Smith.

Here's a look at how the deal breaks down:

Year Salary (Million)
2015-16 $3.75
2016-17 $4
2017-18 $4
2018-19 $4

The 25-year-old set career highs in goals (20) and points (42), while tying a personal best in assists (22) in 2014-15, and added five goals in six playoff games.

Wilson was drafted seventh overall by the Predators in 2008, and has averaged 0.48 points per game over the first 368 games of his career.

The sides were schedule to meet with the NHL arbitrator Tuesday in Toronto.
